Return & Exchange Policy
Casa Design Furniture reserves the right to accept or deny any and all returns & exchange requests made by customers. We do not offer refunds on any of our products. A 30% restocking fee is applied on all cancelations. Customers can submit their applications to exchange items and return the product they bought to process this transaction.
Our Return & Exchange policy is valid only for 3 days starting from the date of the purchase. If you file an exchange request after this period, we won’t offer you an exchange.
To request an exchange at our store, the following criteria must be met:
- The product is defective, damaged, or doesn’t operate the way it should
- The product remains unused
- The product is in its original packaging
Our team at Casa Design Furniture will conduct a thorough investigation to ensure that the above criteria are met before an exchange request can be processed. If your application does not adhere to the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to deny your request.
Sale & Clearance Items
Our Return & Exchange Policy is only applicable to regular-priced items. If you bought furniture or an accessory during a sale or clearance, that item could not be exchanged.
If you wish to return an item you purchased, you’ll first need a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) certificate from us. Any returns made without a valid and verified w Return Merchandise Authorization certificate will not be accepted or processed at our end.
Customers filing for an exchange or a return are responsible for paying for any shipping costs involved. Casa Design Furniture does not offer a refund on shipping costs for return items. You must also ensure that the item you ship back is packaged properly. Our team reserves the right to reject a return shipment if the product is damaged during transit.
